Hey there! I’m Kali, the founder of Wellnesence. I’m passionate about helping women reclaim their health and happiness by reducing stress and preventing illness. With over two decades of experience in nursing, what truly drives me is witnessing the transformative changes in the lives of the women I empower through my strategies, tools, workshops, retreats, and speaking
engagements.
A bit about me: I love to travel and have been to over 20 countries—each one offering new experiences and insights into different cultures. When I’m not exploring the world, you’ll find me practicing Pilates, playing with my pup, or spending quality time with my family.
I know firsthand how overwhelming life can get. During the pandemic, I was working grueling hours and realized that I wasn’t taking care of myself. That’s when I knew I needed to make a change, not just for myself but for other women feeling the same way. My goal is to share the tools and strategies that have helped me manage stress and improve my health, so you can live a
more balanced and fulfilling life.
