Welcome to Wellnesence! I’m here to help you achieve a healthier, happier life by reducing stress and preventing illness. With a master’s degree in nursing and over ten years of board certify in infection prevention and control, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to support you on your wellness journey.
I’ve worked with the CDC, county health departments, and the Department of Defense in Germany and Cuba. I’ve co-authored five peer-reviewed journal articles and provided leadership in public health and infection control. But enough about me—let’s talk about you.

I used to think that too until I experienced an illness that made me realize I wasn’t taking care of myself. If you’re juggling long work hours and family life, you know how overwhelming it can be. During the pandemic, I worked 12-18 hour days, 5-6 days a week, and it became clear that stress was the root cause of many health issues.
Over the past few years, I’ve noticed many women like you struggling with migraines, gut issues, and fatigue with no clear medical explanation. That’s why I decided to dive into health and wellness from a preventive standpoint. I became a certified health and wellness coach to help women like you prevent chronic illnesses and improve overall well-being.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling—I’ve been to over 20 countries and love exploring new cultures and cuisines. I also enjoy practicing Pilates and spending time with my family.
